The platform is fully flexible and customisable and can be branded with your logo.  It encompasses an extensive  range of HR requirements, from  employee directory, personnel records, document storage and absence management, right through to timesheets, rostering, performance reviews, training administration and employee benefits (including flexible benefits and Total Reward statements).

Businesses can benefit from a single system for global use as the system allows for multiple currencies to be used.

The software is hosted on the Amazon Cloud.  The option to have ‘Two-Step Authentication’ is available either at company or individual level to provide an additional layer of security.

Employee Benefits Broking

Key personal information about employees and associated documents can be stored in an efficient, paperless and compliant way with records being able to be accessed quickly and easily in one consolidated system.  If required, reminders can be set for probation
periods ending, employees’ birthdays and expiration of Visas.  Performance Review dates can be set and Performance Review information stored.  Reports are available to upload to payroll and analyse absence and other data.

Employees will have 24/7 visibility on HR information such as the date they started employment and their holiday entitlement.  They will also be able to access and view company documents/policies and their own salary and benefit information.  Should you choose to offer variable employee benefits, they can also look at the benefits available and make selections.  The employee will be able to update personal information such as address changes and emergency contact information reducing the time spent by HR on administration.

Global Benefits

The Directory function enables employees to view contact details for colleagues and directly contact them via email or telephone.  They can also see at a glance where colleagues are based and who is First Aid / Fire Warden etc.  There is the option to turn off any item in the Directory.

Benefits Administration

This feature allows you to manage all of your employee benefits in the same platform. As a business you can keep track of overall spend on benefits and details about each benefit – (benefit provider names, renewal dates, rates, claims etc) and update them as required.  Any type of benefit can be added into the system with some such as holiday purchase and charity giving already pre-programmed just to be turned on or off as applicable to you.

Employees have access to ‘’My Benefits’ section which allows them to  be able to see all of the benefits they receive and choose additional benefits where available.  Documentation and links to benefit providers can be stored here again reducing HR administration time dealing with employee queries.

The system can accommodate both Flexible Benefit windows and Flexible Benefit Allowances.

A Total Reward Statement (branded with your logo) provides further transparency and could potentially help with staff retention when they realise the full value of their employment package.

Access to retail and leisure discounts is available through Eppione Rewards providing your employees with savings on everyday items.

Affinity Programs

This allows employees and managers to book and authorize time out of the business on the go streamlining / reducing paperwork / systemizing holiday requests and increasing visibility to departments and managers.

As a business you can pre-determine all types of time out you would like to record whether this be holidays, sickness, business trips or working from home.

Employees can simply select the dates that apply  via desktop or mobile app and an email will be sent straight to a manager requesting authorization.  The employee then receives an email confirming approval or rejection.

The holiday and absence management feature allows an employee to see their holiday allowance, days taken to date and pending requests.  Sick/Fit notes can also be uploaded. Managers can easily see who is off at any one time

Workplace Health

Our timesheet feature allows employees to enter the hours that they have worked and then submit their timesheets for approval at the end of the period (e.g. weekly or monthly). Once a timesheet has been approved by a manager they can then download a report which can be sent to payroll.  Time can also be allocated against projects allowing you to monitor and report on spend.

Solutions for Individuals

Your employees may be required to complete training as part of their work.  With the training and development log feature, you have the facility to manage, allocate and record  training by allowing employees to upload any documentation of training that they have completed.  Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours can also be logged and reported on.

General Insurance

For some managers the task of having to put together a roster can be time consuming and frustrating. This feature allows you gain the flexibility that you need to spend less time dealing with scheduling shifts and more time on what matters most.

The management of shift change requests is made easy – employees
can request a shift swap with a colleague online and a manager can then approve
or reject the request.  This can empower your employees and make a manager’s life easier.
