Customer Success Manager

Location – UK/Ireland – Remote/Hybrid or Office depending on your preference

Package – Competitive Salary (based on location) + Benefits (including ESOP)

Eppione offers an end-to-end employee benefits capability that allow businesses to offer and manage a broad range of employee benefits products to their staff worldwide.

The global solution is centered on an advanced employee benefits management system combined with an extensive employee benefits products marketplace and a modern HR management system.

As a Customer Success Manager you will work with customer data to configure the Eppione platform, so that customers can make the most of their platform. You will work with our Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition and an accurate data input of requirements. You will be able to identify selling opportunities and introduce the relevant sales teams.  You will be experience in project management and use CRM tools such as hubspot, and our back end systems while finding new ways to improve our existing configuration processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with our Onboarding team to understand customer requirements and provide a seamless onboarding experience to our customers
  • Configuring Eppione’s platform to meet customer needs including benefits and allowances rules such as eligibility, contributions, enrolment windows, pricing, and more
  • Validating and preparing customer data to import into Eppione’s platform
  • Working closely with Support Executives to review existing customers’ configurations, renewing any new benefits and adding new ones when required
  • Writing benefit descriptions
  • Configuring integrations with our customers HR / Accounting / Payroll stack
  • Working with our product/tech teams to report configuration limitations and find new ways to implement and optimise processes and configuration setups
  • Completing detailed follow up and ongoing development sessions with the customer to keep them engaged

We think you’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Are an excellent verbal and written communicator – this is really essential as you’ll be working with various teams internally day to day, and you’ll be responsible for writing descriptions about our benefits
  • Have good knowledge of spreadsheets and data management
  • Have strong attention to detail – you’ll be working with a lot of data!
  • Are tech savvy – you’ll be comfortable with the basics and eager to learn how to use new tools
  • Possess a basic understanding of information security and how to apply it to sensitive information and customer data
  • Are able to think on your feet and solve problems
  • Enjoy working autonomously – although you’ll be working with a lot of teams day to day, you’ll be the first hire for this type of role, so you’ll need to be really proactive and comfortable working on your own
  • Have experience with employee benefits (this is also desirable)
