Business Development Executive

As a Customer Sales Executive you will work with prospects to understand their needs and requirements matching them to the products and services offered by Eppione.  You will work with our Partnershipsand Customer Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition and an accurate data input of requirements. You will be able to identify selling opportunities and introduce the relevant support teams.  You will be experience in project management and use CRM tools such as hubspot, and our back end systems while finding new ways to improve our existing configuration processes.

Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional looking to help take a growing, innovative SME to the next level?

We’re looking for a driven, proactive sales professional to take the lead in generating new business for our Employee Benefits platform.

Devising and implementing a commercial strategy to grow our customer base, you will take responsibility for lead generation, conducting sales presentations and demos, and building positive relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates.

Headquartered in Dublin, we also have staff based across the UK, with a further presence in Australia and New York. As this is a hybrid role, ideally you should be able to commute to our Dublin office as required.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our lead salesperson, you will have a high level of autonomy to experiment with new tactics for generating leads and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for leading Eppione’s sales strategy and processes, and pursuing new business opportunities in our core target markets to deliver significant revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing a sales strategy to maximise customer acquisition for our Employee Benefits platform.
  • Defining a repeatable, effective sales process covering the full sales cycle.
  • Managing the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to close.
  • Trying out a range of lead generation tactics to gain interest within our target audience.
  • Taking the lead on discovery calls, sales presentations and platform demonstrations.
  • Pre-empting and managing objections, removing obstacles for prospects.
  • Building positive relationships with prospects, demonstrating our expertise to earn trust.
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to develop sales collateral and build brand awareness.
  • Identifying cross-sale opportunities for our brokerage team.
  • Attending industry events and networking with HR professionals and C-level executives to generate sales opportunities.


What You’ll Bring to Eppione

The ideal candidate will be experienced in independently managing the full sales cycle for a B2B SaaS business, with:

  • Demonstrable ability to develop and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong ability to connect with C-Level executives
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methods
  • Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to different stakeholders in the Decision Making Unit
  • Confidence and charisma to build relationships in both the sales process and networking settings
