We have partnered with an award winning, fast growing business, providing high quality Employment Law, HR and Health and Safety support to UK employers and are looking for a HR Software On-Boarding Co-Ordinator to join our team

The role is based in Chester in a stunning office which includes a Play Room with pool table and Xbox

Main Purpose of Role

To provide an enhanced customer experience for HR Software clients, owning the on-boarding of new clients and retention of existing business

Handle issues in an effective and timely manner, ensuring that standard processes and procedures are used to log, track and resolve operational, technical and commercial queries

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prioritise, schedule and manage own workload
  • Assist clients with the on-boarding process for HR Software
  • Provide training and operational support on HR Software
  • Pro-active understanding of customer needs and reactive problem solving
  • Ensure telephone and email queries are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Identify, summarise and escalate support issues accordingly
  • Create and update support documentation where required
  • To build rapport with customers as part of providing an excellent service
  • Monitor client satisfaction and retention
  • To develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • To adapt positively to the changing requirements of the work environment
  • To take the highest standard of accountability for all aspects of the work
  • Adhere to set processes and procedures

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned from time to time by their manager or a senior leader

Person Specification

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer focused/client relationship environment
  • Previous use of HR Software and/or Technology On-Boarding desirable
  • Understanding or previous experience in Employee Benefits (Group Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare etc) desirable

 

Skills/Abilities & Relevant Competencies

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and with own initiative
  • Works well both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to understand HR Software product to a high level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a confident, clear, informative and structured manner
  • Customer focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion to deliver
  • Social individual who enjoys building relationships
  • Personal workload organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality
  • Ability to work to organisational standards (e.g. service level agreements).
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and operating systems and web-based applications
  • Ability to analyse usage reports, looking for trends and summarise accordingly
